Peapack Private Bank & Trust has hired Joseph E. Fingerman as Senior Managing Director and President of Commercial Real Estate, bringing over 25 years of specialized lending experience to the bank's growing commercial real estate platform.
Fingerman, previously with Signature Bank and most recently president of A&E Real Estate Finance, will be responsible for managing and expanding the bank's commercial mortgage financing solutions. His expertise spans retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use property lending, as well as new construction and note-on-note financing.
