Porter on Peachtree in Brookhaven, GA Achieves Full Retail Occupancy with Addition of Sucré

Porter on Peachtree, a mixed-use development located on Peachtree Road in Brookhaven, GA, has successfully achieved full retail occupancy by leasing its final street-level retail space to Sucré, a renowned luxury patisserie originally founded in New Orleans.

The final leasing agreement was orchestrated by Ackerman Retail, with Senior Vice President Kelly Wilson representing the landlord, Porter on Peachtree LLC, and Executive Vice President Brian Lefkoff along with Leasing Associate Stephany Cruz representing Sucré. This milestone marks the completion of the retail component of the development, which includes 17,592 square feet of retail space and 291 luxury apartments under the Alta brand.

Sucré is set to occupy a prime corner location, joining an impressive lineup of tenants that includes C&S Oyster Bar, Egg Harbor Café, Body20, Art of Aesthetics Cosmetic Dentistry, Highland Yoga, and Sugar Polish Nail Bar. Kelly Wilson of Ackerman Retail expressed satisfaction with the new tenant, stating, "The addition of Sucré adds a dessert and sweets concept to the project's diverse lineup that also includes popular restaurants, retailers, and health-related service providers." She added that the retail and residential components of Porter on Peachtree are significant enhancements to the Brookhaven community.

Brian Lefkoff highlighted the strategic advantage of Sucré's new location, noting that it offers high visibility along Atlanta's prominent Peachtree Road and benefits from proximity to affluent neighborhoods in Brookhaven and Buckhead. Sucré is celebrated for its French-inspired desserts, including macarons and gelato, and currently operates multiple locations in metro New Orleans as well as one in Woodstock, GA.

Porter on Peachtree's development journey began in 2020, following the sale of the 4.6-acre parcel for $15.8 million by SDS Real Property Holdings, brokered by John Speros of Ackerman & Co.
