Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon, a Eugene-based roofing contractor with approximately 60 employees. The acquisition, announced June 11, 2026, brings together two companies founded in 1989, combining their commercial and residential roofing services across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California.
Evergreen Roofing, founded by Curtis Large, has served Oregon for over 35 years, offering re-roofing, repair, and maintenance. Large decided to transition the business to PPR after reconnecting with PPR President and CEO Matt Stone. “When I reconnected with Matt, he had just completed his partnership with Tambr, and his message about their approach to keeping our businesses in the hands of local operators really resonated with me,” Large said. He plans to remain active in the Eugene business community and continue supporting Evergreen.
The merger positions PPR and Evergreen as a comprehensive roofing provider. Matt Stone noted, “Having known Evergreen Roofing for nearly 20 years, I have long respected the outstanding company Curtis has built.
