The PR Club is calling for entries for its 57th Annual Bell Ringer Awards, inviting public relations and marketing professionals across New England to showcase their most innovative campaigns. This year's event introduces a groundbreaking Carillonneur Professional Award that recognizes organizations with exceptional workplace environments.
The awards competition is open to professionals and students in the New England region, with entries accepted until March 14, 2025, at the regular deadline. Late submissions will be accepted until March 21, 2025, with an additional $150 fee. The awards ceremony, titled "A Night at the Bell Ringers," will take place on June 3, 2025, at the Museum of Science in Boston.
The newly introduced Carillonneur Professional Award represents a significant shift in industry recognition, focusing on workplace culture and employee development. According to PR Club President Kaitlynn Cooney, the award symbolizes "unity, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence" by honoring organizations that prioritize employee growth and engagement.
Entry pricing ranges from $175 to $250, depending on membership status and entry type. Judges will evaluate submissions based on criteria including company culture, leadership initiatives, and employee development programs. This approach signals a growing emphasis on internal organizational health within the communications industry.
The Bell Ringer Awards offer a critical platform for professionals to demonstrate strategic communication achievements and innovative workplace practices. By celebrating both external campaign success and internal organizational strength, the awards reflect the evolving landscape of public relations and marketing professional excellence.
