Premier Graphene and HGI Secure First Contract with Mexico's Defense Sector

Premier Graphene Inc. (OTC: BIEI), along with its affiliate HGI Industrial Technologies SAPI and other partners, has secured its first contract with the Dirección General de Fábrica de Vestuario y Equipo (FAVE), a division of Mexico's Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (DEFENSA). This milestone positions the companies for follow-on contract opportunities and other military contracts in Mexico and Latin America.

The contract award follows test results that conformed perfectly to military specifications, often exceeding expectations. The contract involves specialized belt assemblies with integrated magazine carriers designed to meet demanding operational requirements for protecting military personnel. This initial production will serve as a qualification batch, undergoing rigorous evaluation protocols including durability, performance, and compliance testing. Successful validation is expected to unlock larger procurement opportunities for a wide range of products.

“This contract represents more than a first award—it is an affirmation and a validation point,” said Pedro Mendez, President of both Premier Graphene and HGI. “This demonstrates our capacity to strategically navigate complex procurement environments, align with institutional requirements, and deliver solutions meeting, if not exceeding, the demanding standards of defense authorities.”

Premier Graphene and HGI delivered a competitive and technically aligned proposal, demonstrating cost efficiency and capacity to meet stringent quality and delivery standards. The companies have secured necessary financing for production and delivery costs, with initial product delivery expected within 10 business days. Similar financial arrangements are anticipated for future contracts.

“After many months of intense work, we finally have the first of many contracts. We still await a successful landing of three major ongoing supply contracts currently in process,” added Lic. Emmanuel Hernández Rico, who coordinated the contract with HGI.

This achievement opens doors to other Latin American countries where the companies have been negotiating and supplying various equipment with consistently successful testing results. As a Mexican company, HGI facilitated this contract through its established network within Mexico's manufacturing infrastructure.

Pedro Mendez emphasized the significance of graphene integration: “Equally significant, this is a start of something which we feel will be inevitably more profound, particularly with the addition of graphene in these and other products.”
