Propago, a web-to-print fulfillment and marketing asset management platform for enterprise brands, has launched two new native kitting features: Drip Campaigns and Pocket Folder Kits. The additions address operational gaps in scheduled multi-wave fulfillment and precise physical material arrangement, areas that have historically required manual intervention or third-party workarounds, according to a company announcement.
Drip Campaigns enable a single order to automatically trigger a sequence of shipments on a predefined schedule, eliminating the need for separate orders for each wave. The feature supports programs such as new hire onboarding series, product training rollouts, and event-based kit deployments, where materials must arrive in a specific order over days or weeks. By automating timing and distribution, the system reduces manual re-entry and coordination between marketing teams and fulfillment staff, lowering the risk of timing errors and inconsistent delivery across distributed locations.
Pocket Folder Kits address the challenge of maintaining the exact physical arrangement of printed materials inside a pocket folder through the fulfillment chain. Brands can designate specific content to left pocket, right pocket, and supplemental insert positions, with the arrangement preserved from order entry to warehouse assembly. This removes reliance on written instructions or manual checklists, reducing variability and ensuring the final product reflects the brand's intent.
Both features are native to the Propago platform, requiring no additional integrations or custom development. Enterprise clients can configure and deploy them within their existing environment for marketing asset management, including brand portals, inventory management, and order workflows. This native architecture reduces IT overhead and accelerates adoption across decentralized user bases.
“Propago has always been built around giving brands control without complexity. Pocket Folder Kits extend that control to the physical layout of print materials, while Drip Campaigns unlock entirely new program types – onboarding series, product rollouts, event kits – that simply weren't possible before,” said Rick Aberle, Chief Executive Officer of Propago.
The two features expand enterprise kitting capabilities within a single platform. Drip Campaigns make time-based, multi-touchpoint physical delivery manageable at scale, while Pocket Folder Kits bring specificity to physical presentation similar to digital asset management tools for on-screen content. Together, they support enterprise clients whose fulfillment requirements extend beyond standard kit assembly into structured communication programs and high-fidelity branded packaging. Both features are available to Propago clients as part of the platform's existing web-to-print fulfillment infrastructure. More information is available at Propago.
