Pyrite Digital Marks 14 Years With GEO Standardization and GazeSEO Partnership

Pyrite Technologies, now operating as Pyrite Digital, celebrated its 14th anniversary on August 21 with a series of announcements that mark the largest reset of the business since its founding. The agency, founded in Hyderabad in 2012 by Matta Satish Kumar, has scaled more than 500 brands and over 250 global names. The company now positions itself as a full-service digital marketing agency, integrating Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) into every SEO engagement and partnering with the AI search platform GazeSEO.

The rebranding to Pyrite Digital reflects the company's evolution from a pure search engine optimization practice to a broader growth practice encompassing organic search, AI search visibility, paid media, content, web development, and marketing technology. The change is purely a brand decision; the legal entities—Pyrite Technologies Private Limited in India and Pyrite Technologies LLC in the United States—remain unchanged, as do all existing contracts and points of contact.

Effective since June 2026, GEO services are now bundled into every engagement covering organic search. This includes optimization for Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, as well as for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini. The decision is backed by data: across all active retainers, 30 percent of total traffic and revenue now originates from LLM-driven referral surfaces, up from nearly zero twelve months ago. The signals that earn citations in AI answers—topical authority, structured schema, entity consistency, and verified presence across trusted third-party sources—are largely the same signals that build durable organic rankings. Splitting these across separate service lines created siloed work and slower results.

As an official GazeSEO partner, Pyrite Digital will use the platform to audit AI citation landscapes, score content for SEO, GEO, and AEO readiness before publication, and track visibility across Google alongside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. Client dashboards now show AI answer presence next to organic rank positions, and the partnership extends entity and citation work to voice-first and assistant-driven discovery, unifying SEO, GEO, and AEO into one connected program.

The results are already tangible. In one live engagement, a U.S. heritage fine jewelry brand that started with a Domain Rating of 0 and no ranking keywords achieved 3X revenue growth and a 10X return on ad spend within nine months, with 30 percent of final-quarter inbound traffic arriving through ChatGPT and other LLM referral sources. Existing retainer clients will see GEO deliverables and GazeSEO reporting integrated into their next strategy cycle at no additional cost.

Matta Satish Kumar, CEO, noted, "Fourteen years is long enough to know that the next shift is always closer than it looks. A new name, GEO in every engagement, and the right platform partner are three parts of the same decision. We would rather build for what is coming and be slightly early than sell our clients a service that is quietly expiring."

This strategic move underscores the growing importance of AI-driven search and the need for agencies to adapt. By standardizing GEO and partnering with GazeSEO, Pyrite Digital is positioning itself at the forefront of the industry's evolution, ensuring its clients are prepared for the changing landscape of search and discovery.
