Rainmaker's Seawater to Tap System Enhances Water Infrastructure in Turks and Caicos

Rainmaker Worldwide Inc. has announced the successful deployment of another fully containerized Seawater to Tap system in the Turks and Caicos Islands, specifically at Northwest Point Condominiums in Providenciales. This system, developed by Rainmaker's subsidiary Miranda Water Technologies, is designed to convert seawater into high-quality, remineralized drinking water, addressing the critical need for reliable potable water in remote and island communities.

The system's ability to draw from a deep saltwater well with salinity levels exceeding 40,000 PPM, higher than the average ocean water salinity of around 35,000 PPM, showcases its advanced purification capabilities. Over four months, it has produced over 2 million litres of drinking water, demonstrating its efficiency and reliability. The R/OCell® system's integration with SmartCell remote monitoring ensures operational flexibility and is supported by strong local partnerships, including Been Construction Ltd, which played a key role in the system's implementation and service.

Chris Potts, Chairman of Northwest Point Condominiums, highlighted the system's impact on enhancing the community's infrastructure, providing a reliable and remotely monitored water source. Michael O’Connor, Chairman and CEO of Rainmaker Worldwide Inc., emphasized the combination of international technology and local partnerships as a cornerstone of their success. This deployment not only reinforces Rainmaker's commitment to decentralized, energy-efficient water infrastructures but also sets a precedent for future projects in similar regions.
