Royalty Management Holding Corporation Reports 38% Revenue Growth and Profitable Second Quarter

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) reported a 38% increase in second-quarter revenue and returned to profitability, marking a significant milestone for the company as it expands its portfolio of royalties and strategic investments.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company generated revenue of approximately $1.83 million, up from $1.33 million in the same period last year. Net income reached approximately $375,000, compared with a net loss of about $50,000 in the prior-year quarter. The revenue growth was driven largely by its environmental services operations, which contributed $3.42 million in first-half revenue and $216,000 in segment operating income.

For the first six months of 2026, total revenue rose 54% to $3.47 million from $2.25 million in the first half of 2025. The company ended the quarter with $16.82 million in total assets and positive working capital of $646,000. It also continued its quarterly cash dividend of $0.0025 per share, consistent with its annual rate of $0.01 per common share.

CEO Thomas Sauve attributed the performance to the strength of the environmental services business and the scalability of the company's platform. "Revenue grew approximately 38% during the quarter and more than 54% during the first half of the year," he said. "We believe Royalty Management is still in the early stages of realizing the value of its portfolio."

The company also highlighted early royalties from its intellectual property development work with ReElement Technologies Corp., a refiner of critical minerals and rare earth elements. Sauve noted that initial royalty payments were received in the second quarter and are expected to increase as ReElement expands operations.

The reported net income included a non-cash gain of approximately $420,000 from the quarterly fair-value adjustment of its warrant liability, which can cause fluctuations in reported earnings based on stock price changes.

Royalty Management's environmental services business remains its principal revenue source, providing a foundation for further growth. The company believes this operation supports its strategy of acquiring and developing high-value assets in resource-driven and emerging technology industries.

Investors are encouraged to review the company's full financial results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. More information is available at www.royaltymgmtcorp.com.
