The event, which brought together Red Cat and several industry partners, focused on evaluating technologies for potential integration into Red Cat's drone platforms, including the Black Widow and Teal 2 drones.
According to Red Cat, the integration demonstrated the ability to rapidly identify hazards, suspicious objects, and unexploded ordnance-like threats, supporting route planning, convoy movement, and force protection in mission-relevant scenarios. Safe Pro's software analyzed imagery collected by Red Cat's Black Widow drone, showcasing its real-time threat detection capabilities.
The SPiDRWORX event is designed to accelerate deployment of proven capabilities for defense, government, and public safety customers. In addition to Safe Pro, participants included Hoverfly Technologies, Palantir Technologies, Vigilare AI, and Reveal Technology. This collaborative effort aims to streamline the integration of advanced technologies into operational drone systems.
