Samantha Allen Appointed as New Mentorship Program Director at FinServ Foundation

FinServ Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing talent in financial services, has appointed Samantha Allen as its new Mentorship Program Director. Allen, currently Executive Vice President of Marketing at Merit Financial Advisors, brings over a decade of experience in financial services and marketing leadership to the role.

In her new position, Allen will drive the foundation's mentorship program, which aims to support hundreds of NextGen leaders in the financial services industry. The program provides comprehensive support, including two years of group coaching, a six-month structured mentorship, and fully covered conference experiences for emerging professionals.

Jamie Hopkins, President of FinServ Foundation, praised Allen's selection, highlighting her commitment to nurturing new talent. The foundation currently collaborates with more than 40 colleges and universities, impacting the lives of over 600 FinServ Fellows annually.

Allen's appointment reflects the organization's ongoing commitment to professional development and industry growth. She succeeds Kellan Brown, who developed the foundation's initial mentorship framework before transitioning to a leadership role at 100 Women in Finance.

With her extensive background in marketing and strategic leadership, Allen is well-positioned to expand the foundation's mentorship initiatives. Her previous roles at organizations like Carson Group, FiComm Partners, and TD Ameritrade have equipped her with insights into talent development and industry trends.
