The family-friendly event, open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., promises to showcase cutting-edge technologies and creative solutions addressing critical environmental challenges. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore underwater robots, learn about energy generation from ocean waves, and view unique ocean-inspired artwork. The event will also feature innovative sustainable materials, including 3D-printed surfboards and whale bones created from recycled plastics, highlighting the potential for reducing marine pollution.

Blue Innovation Day 2024 aims to educate and engage the public on pressing environmental issues such as sea level rise, coastal erosion, and sustainable fisheries through workshops and interactive sessions. A notable contribution to the event comes from Verdagy, a green hydrogen company, which will lead a special session on clean energy solutions, underscoring the event's focus on sustainable technologies.
