Shelly Group Sets Dividend Payment Terms Following Shareholder Approval

Shelly Group SE, a provider of IoT and smart building solutions based in Sofia, Bulgaria, announced today that its Board of Directors has determined the terms for dividend payment following the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 29, 2026. The initial payment date is set for July 28, 2026, with a final payment date of July 28, 2027. Shareholders have a full year to claim their dividends.

The dividend payment will be made through the Central Depository AD, in compliance with the Public Offering of Securities Act and Ordinance 8 dated November 12, 2003, issued by the Financial Supervision Commission. For shareholders whose securities accounts are in Register A of the Central Depository (personal accounts), the dividend will be paid through the branches of DSK Bank AD. For those in Register B (client sub-accounts with an investment intermediary), payment will be processed through the respective investment intermediary with the assistance of the Central Depository.

After the payment term expires, shareholders who have not received their dividends may still claim them within a five-year limitation period by sending an explicit request to Shelly Group SE, either in cash or by bank transfer. Any dividends that remain unclaimed after the five-year period will be credited to the Company's Reserve Fund.

This announcement is important for shareholders as it clarifies the process and timeline for receiving dividend payments. The extended payment period provides flexibility, but shareholders are advised to ensure their accounts are correctly registered to avoid delays. The company's strong presence in more than 100 countries and its listing on both the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (XETRA:SLYG) underscore its international reach and commitment to shareholder returns.
