Sommsation, a premium online wine experience provider, will bring its popular Wine Lounge to Park City, Utah, during the independent film festival's opening weekend. The event will be located at Jackson's Hideaway Ski Lounge on Lower Main Street, marking the company's third consecutive year participating in the festival.
The Wine Lounge offers film-goers an intimate and luxurious environment featuring sommelier-curated wine tastings from independent wineries. Guests can sample selections from top producers like Three Sticks Wines, Terratorium Wines, Halter Ranch Winery, and Alexana Winery, accompanied by gourmet meats and cheeses.
The event lineup includes several unique experiences, such as a VIP 'Après Ski' preview, 'The Art of Pairing' evening events with premium wine tastings and chef demonstrations, and exclusive parties featuring DJ Joune. Additionally, PowerFlix will host its platform launch at the lounge, highlighting the synergy between innovative wine and film technologies.
Sommsation will also serve as the official wine partner for the Rendezvous Cinema Center, providing wine experiences for VIP film casts and premieres. The weekend will conclude with a fundraising event donating proceeds to local charities supporting Los Angeles wildfire relief.
CEO Danielle Diliberti emphasized the company's mission to connect wine lovers with independent winemakers, drawing parallels between the unique storytelling of independent films and the craftsmanship of small-production wineries.
