Spreadsight Launches Fully Autonomous AI Wholesaling Platform

Spreadsight, an autonomous wholesaling platform for real estate investors, has launched its web application at www.spreadsight.ai. The platform uses proprietary artificial intelligence developed entirely in-house to handle wholesale real estate deals from first contact through signed assignment without any human interaction.

According to the company, most technology in the wholesaling space stops at a scored lead or a distress signal flagged inside a CRM. From there, a person still has to call the seller, qualify motivation and timeline, negotiate price and terms, underwrite the numbers, search a buyer list by hand, and call a buyer to confirm before a contract gets drafted. Spreadsight was built to close that gap.

The platform’s AI voice agent calls sellers directly, asks the questions needed to surface motivation, timeline, and property condition, and negotiates price and terms in real time. An underwriting engine sets the offer using live comparable-sales data and repair estimates, while a buyer-matching engine ranks an investor’s entire cash-buyer network against the deal and calls the top match to confirm, before auto-drafting the assignment contract. Every stage runs autonomously, end to end.

“We didn’t want to build another lead list with a chatbot bolted on top,” said Daniel Kaufman, founder of Spreadsight. “Every piece of this — the calling, the underwriting logic, the buyer-matching — is proprietary AI we built ourselves, purpose-built for wholesaling. That’s the difference between a tool that flags a deal and a system that actually closes it.”

The launch of Spreadsight comes at a time when the real estate industry is increasingly turning to automation to reduce costs and increase efficiency. By eliminating the need for human involvement in the wholesaling process, Spreadsight could significantly lower the barrier to entry for investors and potentially reshape the way wholesale deals are conducted. However, the platform also raises questions about the role of human judgment in real estate transactions, particularly in negotiations and underwriting, where nuanced understanding of local markets and personal interactions have traditionally been crucial.

Spreadsight is available now at www.spreadsight.ai, where wholesalers and real estate investors can request a demo of the platform. The platform is developed by Daniel Kaufman and Kaufman Real Estate & Consulting LLC.
