SS Innovations to Showcase SSi Mantra Robotic System at Society of Robotic Surgery Annual Meeting

SS Innovations International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSII) announced that its SSi Mantra surgical robotic system will be featured at the 2026 Society of Robotic Surgery Annual Meeting, scheduled for July 23-26 in Hollywood, Florida. The system will be displayed throughout the event, highlighted in multiple breakout sessions, and used in a live broadcast of a remote partial nephrectomy performed by Dr. Amitabh Singh from the company’s headquarters in Gurugram, India, on a patient at Rajeev Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre in New Delhi.

Chairman and CEO Dr. Sudhir Srivastava will participate as a speaker and panelist in multiple sessions covering telesurgery, robotic surgery adoption, regulatory frameworks, and global access to robotic care. As of July 6, 2026, the SSi Mantra system had been used in 12,375 procedures spanning more than 170 procedure types, including 653 cardiac procedures, 178 telesurgeries, and 225 pediatric surgeries. Additionally, approximately 2,100 physicians have been trained on the platform.

The demonstration underscores the growing importance of telesurgery in expanding access to specialized surgical care, particularly in underserved regions. By performing a live remote partial nephrectomy across Indian cities, SS Innovations highlights the potential for robotic systems to bridge geographical gaps in healthcare delivery. The conference participation also signals the company’s efforts to engage with global regulators and surgeons to promote adoption of its cost-effective robotic solutions.

For investors, the announcement provides evidence of commercial traction, with over 12,000 procedures already completed and a diverse range of surgical applications. The company’s focus on affordability and training positions it to capture market share in the expanding robotic surgery sector, which is increasingly seen as a key driver of improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency in hospitals worldwide.

SS Innovations International develops innovative surgical robotic technologies with a vision to make robotic surgery affordable and accessible globally. The company’s product range includes the SSi Mantra surgical robotic system and the SSi Mudra suite of surgical instruments.
