Stankevicius Group Completes Media Marketplace Rebuild with BAIUM.net Ad Buying Launch

Stankevicius Group has completed an 18-month effort to rebuild its media operations with the launch of BAIUM.net, an ad buying extension of its AI-driven media buying and brokerage platform, Arcana Mace. The new service allows advertisers to run image and video campaigns across a connected network of native media sites, according to a release distributed via NEWMEDIAWIRE.

The launch follows the 2025 sale of the company's original media portfolio, Stankevicius MGM, which comprised 11 operational sites and one premium domain. According to the release, a Middle East-based private equity firm acquired the network in a deal that closed in mid-July 2025 after negotiations began in May; terms were not disclosed. Rather than rebuild as a publisher, Stankevicius Group started from the ground up as an automated, AI-based media buying platform.

Development of Arcana Mace began in Q4 2025, and the platform went live in late May 2026. It operates as a brokerage marketplace, structured more like Fiverr or Freelancer than a conventional media house. Buyers order from agencies registered on the platform, sellers deliver, and payment is released when the buyer accepts. A self-publishing layer called Media on Demand followed in Q3 2026, connecting to third-party media sites via API so users can publish directly without prior editorial review, subject to each outlet's own terms.

BAIUM.net went live in early Q4 2026 as the paid distribution layer for that network. Advertisers can place image and video campaigns on either a pay-per-click model starting from a minimum budget of $1, or a fixed daily fee starting from a minimum of $15 per day per channel. The addition means brokerage, self-publishing, and paid amplification now sit in a single ecosystem.

"Bringing BAIUM.net together with Media on Demand and Arcana Mace's core marketplace gives advertisers an end-to-end path from brokered placements to direct self-publishing to paid amplification, all in one platform," said Stankevicius Group CEO Paulius Stankevicius.

The move matters for advertisers and publishers because it consolidates three functions that are typically bought separately: brokered media placements, self-serve publishing, and programmatic-style ad distribution. For small advertisers, the low minimums of $1 for pay-per-click and $15 per day for fixed placement lower the entry barrier to running campaigns across international media channels. For agencies, the platform offers a route to list and sell media channel options directly, though the company asks agencies not to send offers and instead register and apply for an agency upgrade on the platform.

The rebuild also signals a strategic shift for Stankevicius Group, which describes itself as a global advisory and media technology group operating across PR, marketing, and media infrastructure, with platforms spanning Arcana Mace, Media on Demand, and BAIUM.net. Its PR and marketing arm is Stankevicius Pacific Limited. The group maintains corporate websites at stankevicius.com and stankeviciusgroup.com, and the original release is available on www.newmediawire.com. Whether the integrated model gains traction will depend on how quickly agencies and advertisers adopt a marketplace that positions itself as an alternative to traditional media buying intermediaries.
