Storagely Unveils 3.0.1: A Full Platform Rebuild to Give Self-Storage Operators More Control, Faster Launches, and Better Performance

Storagely, the website platform built for self-storage operators, has announced Storagely 3.0.1, a full rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company's history. The new version will be publicly demonstrated for the first time at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show from September 8th to 11th at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, at Booth #1233.

The self-storage industry has evolved, and operators are facing new questions and constraints. Storagely decided that the answer was not another round of features but a new architecture written exclusively around how operators run their business. According to Austin Simmons, who was named Chief Executive Officer in April 2026, operators have consistently asked for three things: to be more hands-on rather than stuck behind support tickets, to launch new locations in days rather than weeks, and to let each facility stand out in its own market. "We stopped just adding features and decided it’s time to rebuild around those pain points," Simmons said.

The rebuild introduces several key changes. More control comes through FLEX, a drag-and-drop editor that lets operators edit any block, swap layouts, and ship new pages in minutes without a developer. ATLAS, the new Location Profile Manager, centralizes every location's details—such as address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, and amenities—into one source of truth that automatically updates the website. With the new ATLAS Google Profile sync, a simple edit to a Google Business profile can update location details directly on the website. Together, these tools give operators a faster path than the support ticket and allow customization that gives each facility its own identity.

Faster launches are also a major improvement. New sites launch in weeks rather than months, and new locations come online in days rather than weeks. New features move just as fast. This launch velocity allows operators to move at their own pace, stay agile, and make quick decisions when needed.

Better performance is achieved through a ground-up rebuild exclusively for self-storage, featuring modern architecture, faster load times across mobile and desktop, better page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. It also includes a newly imagined one-page checkout with upgrades like a long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.

Simmons, previously Chief Operating Officer, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to drive the platform. Simmons has worked with Storagely across nearly a decade and several iterations of the business. "For years I’ve watched Austin grow from someone I believed in, into the leader Storagely needs today," said Leimone. "3.0.1 begins a new era for the company, and he’s the right person to lead it."

This announcement matters because it signals a shift in how self-storage operators can manage their online presence. With greater control, faster launches, and improved performance, operators can respond more quickly to market demands, differentiate their facilities, and potentially increase conversions. The rebuild could set a new standard for website platforms in the self-storage industry, forcing competitors to innovate and giving operators more power to run their businesses efficiently.

Storagely will demo 3.0.1 at Booth #1233 during the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show. Meetings can be booked in advance at storagely.io/schedule-a-demo. For more information, visit storagely.io.
