TES TEC, a leader in intelligent touch display devices, is amplifying its investment in Thailand with an additional $17.8 million, bringing its total commitment to $34.3 million. This strategic move is set to bolster the company's manufacturing capabilities, with the new facility expected to be operational by March 2026. The expansion includes the introduction of new production lines, significantly increasing TES TEC's output capacity in the region.
Located in Chonburi, within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor, the Phase II facility will complement the existing Phase I factory, which has been operational since late 2024. The strategic location offers logistical advantages, being in close proximity to key transportation hubs, facilitating efficient global distribution. The expansion is projected to create around 700 local jobs and enhance TES TEC's ability to meet the growing global demand for its products.
The new facility will incorporate advanced manufacturing technologies, including an intelligent factory monitoring system and sustainable energy solutions like solar panels, reflecting TES TEC's commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility. With this expansion, TES TEC aims to solidify its position in the global market, ensuring timely and flexible support for its international customer base.
