Tonix Pharmaceuticals to Present at BTIG Infectious Disease Day 2026

Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: TNXP), a fully integrated commercial-stage biotechnology company, announced that members of its management team will participate in one-on-one meetings at BTIG’s Infectious Disease Day 2026, a virtual event scheduled for June 16, 2026. Seth Lederman, M.D., president and chief executive officer of Tonix Pharmaceuticals, will represent the company during the event.

The participation underscores Tonix’s focus on immunology, alongside its central nervous system (CNS) portfolio. The company is advancing a pipeline of immunology programs, including TNX-4800, a monoclonal antibody for Lyme disease prophylaxis, and TNX-1500, a third-generation CD40 ligand inhibitor for the prevention of kidney transplant rejection. These programs are in addition to Tonix’s recently approved flagship medicine, TONMYA (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets 2.8mg), which is the first new treatment for fibromyalgia in more than 15 years.

Tonix’s CNS commercial infrastructure supports its marketed products, including acute migraine treatments Zembrace SymTouch and Tosymra. The company is also evaluating TONMYA in Phase 2 clinical trials for major depressive disorder and acute stress disorder, and its CNS pipeline includes TNX-2900, which is Phase 2 ready for Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare disease.

The BTIG Infectious Disease Day provides a platform for Tonix to discuss its immunology candidates with investors and industry experts. The event’s virtual format allows for broad participation. For more information, the full press release is available at https://ibn.fm/38XUG.

Tonix’s participation is significant as it highlights the company’s expansion beyond CNS into infectious disease and immunology, areas of high unmet medical need. The company’s pipeline includes investigational drugs and biologics whose safety and efficacy have not yet been established. Updates on TNXP are available in the company’s newsroom at https://ibn.fm/TNXP.

The event could provide insights into the progress of Tonix’s immunology programs, which have the potential to address significant public health challenges such as Lyme disease and transplant rejection. Investors and stakeholders will be watching for updates on these candidates during the meetings.
