Tyroler Leonard Injury Law has secured top honors in the 2026 Minnesota's Best awards, winning Gold in two categories: Best Law Firm and Best Personal Injury Law Firm. The awards, sponsored by the Star Tribune Media Company, are determined entirely by public participation, making them a meaningful recognition of local business excellence.

The selection process began with community nominations across hundreds of categories. After a vetting period to confirm eligibility, finalists competed during a multi-week voting window where people could cast ballots daily. Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners are published in an annual statewide guide.

“We are incredibly thankful to everyone who took the time to nominate and vote for our firm,” said Isaac Tyroler, co-founder of the firm. “Winning Gold in both categories means the world to us because it comes straight from our neighbors. When someone gets hurt in an accident, they are going through one of the hardest moments of their life. Our main goal is always to lift the legal burden off their shoulders so they can focus entirely on getting better.”

Tyroler Leonard Injury Law operates offices in Minneapolis and Oakdale, serving clients throughout Minnesota. The firm handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including car crashes, semi-truck collisions, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall incidents, dog bites, brain injuries, and wrongful death claims. With 62 years of combined legal experience, the team has secured over $75 million in settlements and verdicts for clients over more than a decade.

Co-founder Rachel Sperling Leonard emphasized the firm's collaborative approach and trial readiness. “We do not look at our clients as just another file on a desk. We take a highly collaborative approach, meaning our clients have direct communication with their legal team throughout the whole process. We also prepare every single case as if it is going to a jury trial. Insurance companies know which lawyers are willing to walk into a courtroom and fight, and they know we do not back down. That preparation is exactly how we secure the maximum results our clients need to put their lives back together.”

The Minnesota's Best award highlights the firm's standing in a competitive legal market and reflects a growing consumer preference for boutique firms that prioritize direct client access over large national operations. The economic impact of accidental injuries in the U.S. totals hundreds of billions of dollars annually in medical bills, lost wages, and property damage. For individual families, an unexpected accident can lead to severe financial distress.

Tyroler Leonard Injury Law works on a contingency fee basis, meaning clients pay no upfront costs or hourly fees; the firm only gets paid if it successfully wins a settlement or court award. This model ensures high-quality legal help is accessible regardless of financial situation. With the 2026 Gold awards, the firm plans to expand community outreach and continue fighting for injury victims across the Twin Cities and beyond.
