Verizon Business has unveiled My Biz Plan, a new wireless solution designed specifically to address the unique challenges faced by small and midsized businesses in managing mobile communication costs and needs.
The new plan allows small business owners to create a customized wireless strategy with unprecedented flexibility. Customers can select a core plan with unlimited calling, data, and texting, and then add or remove business-specific features as their requirements change. Pricing starts as low as $29 per month for five or more lines when using auto pay and paper-free billing.
A standout feature of My Biz Plan is its industry-first 3-year price lock guarantee, which ensures that core monthly plan prices for calling, data, and texting remain stable. This provides small business owners with predictable budgeting and financial planning capabilities.
The plan also includes Verizon Business Mobile Internet Security at no additional cost, protecting devices against potential cyber threats like malware, ransomware, and phishing when connected to the Verizon network. International connectivity options are available, allowing employees to stay connected in over 210 countries starting at $10 per month.
To incentivize adoption, Verizon is offering a special introductory promotion from April 10 to June 10, providing 15% off the core monthly plan price for new lines added to My Biz Plan. This discount will be applied monthly over 36 months, effectively reducing line costs to $25 per line.
The launch comes in response to the 2024 State of Small Business Survey, which highlighted small businesses' struggles with managing costs while investing in essential technological tools. By offering greater control and flexibility, Verizon aims to support small business growth and technological adaptation.
