Vintage Atelier, a new salon led by Tayye Green, has officially opened its doors at Salon & Spa Galleria South Cooper in Arlington, Texas. Green, who has had a passion for hair since childhood, is a graduate of the Ogle School of Beauty and Cosmetology in Arlington and brings six years of industry experience to her new venture.
Known for her expertise in braids and textured hair health, Green emphasizes the importance of hair care and enjoys educating her clients. "I genuinely care about the health of your hair," Green stated. "And because I care, I'm willing to teach you." In addition to her hair services, Green offers a selection of bonnets and durags for sale in her shop.
Vintage Atelier is currently accepting new clients by appointment only, with operating hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To celebrate the opening, the salon is offering a 20-percent discount on clients' first and second services.
