WebCE, a national provider of professional and continuing education, has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Texas by the Best Companies Group. This marks the fifth time the company has received such an award for its workplace culture, following previous recognitions in 2022, 2021, 2019, and a separate designation as one of the Best Places to Work in Insurance in 2023.
The certification from Best Companies Group, described as a trusted leader in workplace culture research, is based on employee feedback and validates WebCE's commitment to creating a supportive environment. "This award reflects the genuine voice of our employees and validates our ongoing efforts to foster a workplace where every team member feels heard, valued, and supported," said WebCE President Jennifer Haworth.
The company's culture initiatives include a comprehensive onboarding program, flexible career pathways allowing movement across departments, and a holistic well-being program called 'Get FIT' (Focus, Inspire, Transform) that promotes physical and mental health. Community-building traditions like annual Office Olympics and Halloween contests also contribute to the workplace environment.
Jaime Raul Zepeda, Executive Vice President of Best Companies Group, stated, "With their commitment to employee well-being, innovation, and excellence, they truly embody what it means to be a Best Places to Work in Texas." The full rankings of all 100 recognized companies will be released by Best Companies Group in the coming weeks.
This workplace recognition coincides with other recent awards for WebCE's services. Earlier this year, the company was recognized by Newsweek as one of America's Top Online Learning Providers in 2025. Additionally, WebCE's Support Services team has won a Stevie Award for Contact Center of the Year for four consecutive years.
Haworth emphasized the connection between workplace culture and service quality, noting, "There is an undeniable link between the awards we win for our company culture and the awards we receive for our services. We have found that when we prioritize a supportive, people-first environment, we naturally empower our team to deliver the consistent excellence our customers rely on." This recognition matters because it demonstrates how investing in employee satisfaction can directly translate to better customer outcomes in the competitive professional education sector.
