White Glove Insurance Launches Technology Subsidiary to Unify Brokerage Platforms

White Glove Insurance (WGI), an independent commercial and personal lines insurance agency, has announced the launch of White Glove Technology, a subsidiary dedicated to providing a full-service technology platform for insurance brokerage firms. The new platform aims to consolidate the fragmented vendor ecosystem into a single integrated solution, addressing a critical pain point in the industry where brokers often juggle multiple separate systems for quoting, client management, compliance, reporting, and operations.

According to Tyler Crockett, CEO and Founder of White Glove Insurance, the current vendor landscape is broken. "You have too many different vendors for everything you need to run a brokerage firm. White Glove Technology is centralizing everything for brokers—eliminating the chaos of managing multiple systems and enabling teams to focus on what matters most: providing white glove service to clients and supporting their people," Crockett said.

The initiative is led by Chief Technology Officer Alan Guo, recognized as an emerging innovation leader in the InsurTech space and Silicon Valley. Guo brings expertise in building scalable systems and leading technological transformation. The commercial and marketing strategy is spearheaded by Will Kapic of Kapic Media, an entertainment and brand strategy veteran known for crafting compelling narratives for forward-thinking organizations.

White Glove Technology is currently in development, with select beta partnerships launching in the coming months. The platform will roll out in phases, with core functionality available to partner agencies by Q4 2026. The subsidiary's mission is to eliminate vendor fragmentation and empower brokers of all sizes to operate more efficiently and deliver superior client experiences.

Founded in 2025, White Glove Insurance is based in Ohio, Florida, and the Washington D.C. region, specializing in personalized insurance solutions for individuals, families, and commercial clients. The launch of White Glove Technology could have significant implications for the insurance brokerage industry. By providing a unified platform, the subsidiary aims to help smaller firms scale efficiently and enable larger agencies to prioritize exceptional service delivery. This consolidation may reduce operational friction, allowing brokers to focus on client experience and employee satisfaction rather than managing multiple systems. As the platform rolls out, it could reshape how brokerage firms operate, potentially leveling the playing field for independent and regional agencies competing against larger enterprises.
