Wilson Valley Fest 2024, hosted by Wilson Valley Mercantile, is set to take place on October 26, 2024, aiming to unite music lovers and whiskey enthusiasts in support of Panhandle Proud, a charity dedicated to wildfire victims in the Texas Panhandle. This inaugural event promises a day-long celebration with a mission to surpass the $100,000 already raised by Panhandle Proud through various distillery events across Texas.
Headlining the festival is Memphis Kee, whose energetic and passionate performances are expected to create an unforgettable experience for attendees. The musical lineup will range from soulful singer/songwriter rounds to lively full-band performances, ensuring there is something for every music aficionado.
In addition to the music, festival-goers will have the opportunity to taste Wilson Valley Mercantile's handcrafted whiskeys. As Bell County’s first legal distillery, the Mercantile takes pride in producing whiskey from seed to sip, with each bottle embodying the spirit of Texas. Attendees can expect to sample a variety of whiskeys, from bold bourbons to smooth ryes, each telling a unique story of the land and craftsmanship.
John Evans, Farmer and Owner of Wilson Valley Mercantile, emphasized the festival's purpose: “This festival is about bringing people together—for the music, the whiskey, and most importantly, for the cause. Panhandle Proud is doing incredible work, and we’re proud to support them with Valley Fest.”
The festival will run from 11 AM to 10 PM, packed with music, fun, and community spirit. Tickets will be available soon, with all net proceeds going directly to Panhandle Proud. For updates, visit https://wilsonvalleyfest.com/.
