612-Injured Attorneys to Present at 2026 Minnesota Solo and Small Firm Conference

612-Injured Injury & Accident Lawyers announced today that attorneys Scott Kruger and Mike Lammers will present at the 2026 Solo and Small Firm Conference, hosted by Minnesota CLE in Duluth, Minnesota, from August 2 through August 4. The session, titled "9 Things Every Attorney Should Know About Representing an Injured Party," is scheduled for Monday, August 3 at 2:00 p.m. and draws on the firm's experience representing people injured in accidents across Minnesota.

The presentation will cover a range of topics, from evaluating whether a valid claim exists to understanding the timing and process involved in resolving these cases. This session is particularly relevant for solo and small firm practitioners who may encounter personal injury matters but lack specialized expertise. By sharing practical knowledge, Kruger and Lammers aim to equip fellow attorneys with the tools needed to navigate the complexities of injury law.

In addition to the educational session, 612-Injured is sponsoring the conference's Monday evening Duluth Harbor Cruise. This event brings together attorneys from firms across the state for an evening of connection and conversation on the water, fostering networking opportunities that can lead to referrals and collaboration.

"Representing people injured in rideshare accidents, car crashes, and other incidents is at the center of what we do every day," said Mike Lammers. "Opportunities like this conference let us stay current on best practices, exchange ideas with peers from across Minnesota, and bring that knowledge back to the clients we represent."

The conference serves as a key platform for continuing legal education, and the session by 612-Injured underscores the importance of staying updated on best practices in personal injury law. For attendees, this is an opportunity to gain insights that could improve their representation of injured clients and potentially lead to better outcomes. The firm's sponsorship of the harbor cruise also highlights its commitment to building a strong legal community in Minnesota.

612-Injured has represented injured clients in the Twin Cities since 2001. More information about the Solo and Small Firm Conference and registration is available at minncle.org.
