Alcanza Clinical Research today announced the acquisition of CNS Healthcare, an independent clinical research network with a 30-year history of advancing medical science in neuroscience and behavioral health. The deal adds five clinical trial sites across Memphis, Tennessee; Jacksonville and Orlando, Florida; and a mobile clinical trial vehicle to Alcanza's growing network, which now includes over 30 locations in the continental US and Puerto Rico.
CNS Healthcare, founded in 1996, has completed thousands of clinical trials and is recognized for high-quality data and a patient-centric environment. The organization's team of experienced Principal Investigators and research professionals has built a strong reputation among global sponsors and community participants. Under the leadership of CEO Dan Kearney, CNS Healthcare has expanded its capabilities and industry partnerships over three decades.
