Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza & Wings, owned by BurgerFi International, Inc., is adding a sweet-heat twist to summer with the launch of its Mike's Hot Honey® & Burrata limited-time menu. Anthony's new offerings aim to elevate the summer dining experience by incorporating beloved flavors into innovative dishes.

The new summer menu features several standout items. The Mike's Hot Honey® & Burrata Pizza includes Italian plum tomato sauce, red onions, fresh burrata, and prosciutto, topped with fresh basil and drizzled with Mike's Hot Honey® and balsamic glaze. Another offering, the Burrata & Prosciutto Sandwich, combines fresh burrata, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, arugula, balsamic glaze, and homemade Italian dressing. For those who prefer a drink, the returning Mike's Hot Honey® Margarita blends El Tesoro tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, and Mike's Hot Honey®, garnished with a lime.
Additionally, Anthony's is rolling out new items like the Burrata & Prosciutto Spaghetti, which combines fresh burrata and crispy prosciutto with spaghetti in Italian plum tomato sauce, topped with a basil flower. For dessert, the new Strawberry 2-Layer Cake offers buttery-moist layers of cake topped with cream cheese icing and finished with fresh strawberry glaze.
