Attorney Scott Faultless Honored with ITLA President's Award for Third Time

Personal injury attorney Scott A. Faultless has been named the recipient of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) President's Award for the third time. Faultless, a founding partner of the Indianapolis-based personal injury law firm Craig, Kelley & Faultless, specializes in commercial motor vehicle wrecks. This recent accolade is among several awards recognizing his success in representing victims in wrongful death and personal injury cases.

The ITLA is an organization comprising lawyers throughout Indiana, and Faultless serves as the treasurer of its executive committee. In addition to his involvement with ITLA, Faultless is an active member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. His notable awards and distinctions include being named to the Indiana Super Lawyers List and being recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyer and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer.

An Indiana native, Faultless grew up in Greene County and graduated from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1991. Since founding Craig, Kelley & Faultless in 1999 with two other attorneys, he has dedicated his career to helping victims of large-truck accidents obtain just compensation.
