Benchmark International has announced the successful facilitation of a transaction between Fishkill, NY-based Computer Systems Integrators, Inc. (CSI) and Albany, NY-based Acture Solutions. CSI, a renowned hybrid information technology (IT) services partner, primarily serves K-12 schools, offering IT solutions, security, and support for educational institutions.
