Bill Flanagan, co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer of CareWork, has been named Chief Executive Officer. With over two decades of experience in the technology and healthcare sectors, Flanagan has a proven track record of developing and leading successful technology companies, including ITCS-WebClock, a time and attendance SaaS company he founded in 1998.

CareWork is also pleased to welcome Ralph Labarta to its Board of Directors as an Advisor for Strategy and Innovation. "Ralph's strong expertise in strategic planning and innovation will provide CareWork with critical insights as the Company continues to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing senior living and long-term care landscape," added Flanagan. "His forward-thinking approach and deep understanding of strategic growth will be a great asset to our team."
Additionally, Jackie Ramieri, former CEO of CareWork, has assumed the role of Product Advisor and remains a member of CareWork's Board of Directors. "Jackie has been an integral part of CareWork's success, and her new role allows her to focus on guiding product positioning and ensuring that CareWork's solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients," added Flanagan.
