Custify, a leading customer success platform (CSP) for SaaS companies, has announced four new native integrations with Pylon, Maxio, Groove, and Granola. The integrations are designed to bring support tickets, billing data, revenue signals, and AI meeting notes directly into the Customer 360 Profile, giving customer success managers (CSMs) a more complete view of account health.
According to Custify, these additions help CSMs identify support and billing risks earlier, before they escalate into churn. The company, recognized as a leader in customer success software by G2, emphasizes that support and billing signals are among the earliest warnings a CS team can receive. "With Pylon, Maxio and Groove, that signal now shows up precisely where CSMs are already working, as part of customer sentiment and health scores," said Philipp Wolf, CEO of Custify.
The new integrations offer several key capabilities for SaaS companies. The Pylon integration allows tracking of B2B support tickets from Slack, email, and in-app channels, importing them into the Customer 360 Profile so CSMs can review ticket volume and status alongside health scores and renewal data. The Maxio integration syncs subscription, billing, and revenue data automatically, enabling CSMs to track MRR, ARR, invoices, and renewal dates, and trigger playbooks on billing events such as payment failures or downgrades. The Groove integration imports email support tickets and contacts, rolling ticket counts up to the company level so CSMs can spot accounts with rising support activity. Additionally, the Granola integration enriches existing calendar meetings with AI-generated summaries and transcripts inside the Customer 360 Profile.
Custify's platform is designed to help B2B SaaS companies centralize customer information, automate workflows, monitor health scores, and improve customer retention and expansion. By integrating these tools, Custify aims to give CSMs a more comprehensive understanding of each account, allowing them to proactively address issues that could lead to churn.
