G6 Hospitality, parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6, has achieved substantial corporate client growth in 2025, adding over 150 new accounts across multiple industries. The company's strategic focus on construction, transportation, agriculture, retail, and transitional housing sectors has yielded impressive results.
With more than 500 meetings conducted nationwide, primarily in Texas, California, and Florida, G6 Hospitality has experienced a notable 26% revenue increase in the first quarter compared to the same period last year. The company has been consistently adding approximately 50 new corporate accounts monthly since January.
The expansion strategy targets small to medium-sized businesses capable of generating annual bookings ranging from $15,000 to over $1 million. One key franchise, Natson Hotel Group, has already demonstrated significant success, doubling its corporate revenue in the first quarter of 2025.
Corporate clients benefit from multiple advantages, including discounts averaging 10-12%, 30-day credit facilities, dedicated customer service, and streamlined booking processes through the My6 app and website. These strategic partnerships create consistent occupancy across G6 Hospitality's extensive network of nearly 1,500 locations.
CEO Sonal Sinha emphasized the importance of cultivating diverse business relationships and collaborating closely with franchise partners to secure valuable corporate accounts. The company continues to pursue additional opportunities, including re-engaging former clients and extending existing contracts.
