HomeToGo Group Launches HomeToGo Originals Umbrella Brand for Interhome and Kraushaar

The HomeToGo Group announced the launch of HomeToGo Originals, a new umbrella brand for its property management companies Interhome and Kraushaar. The move aims to highlight the trusted local service of these brands while integrating them more visibly with HomeToGo's Marketplace distribution and advanced travel technology. This announcement marks a strategic step in the growth of HomeToGo_PRO, the Group's B2B segment, which now represents about two-thirds (66%) of total IFRS Revenues following the acquisition of Interhome in 2025.

HomeToGo Originals will feature homes managed directly within the HomeToGo Group in partnership with owners, ensuring high service quality and professional care. Going forward, Interhome will be presented as "Interhome, a HomeToGo Original," and Kraushaar as "Kraushaar, a HomeToGo Original." The co-branding preserves the heritage and local expertise of each brand while making their connection to HomeToGo more apparent.

Dr. Patrick Andrae, Co-Founder & CEO of HomeToGo, emphasized the strategic advantage: "HomeToGo Originals highlights a strategic advantage that sets our Group apart: combining scalable technology and Marketplace reach with high-quality, on-the-ground vacation rental services." He added that this gives closer access to supply and deeper owner relationships, reinforcing HomeToGo's position as Europe's leading vacation rental group.

Jorg Herrmann, CEO of Interhome, noted that for over 60 years, Interhome has stood for trust and local expertise. "HomeToGo Originals allows us to bring that heritage more visibly into the HomeToGo Group, while preserving our identity," he said. Merrit Kraus, Managing Director of Kraushaar, highlighted that the new brand builds on Kraushaar's strength of personal service and regional expertise, now connected to HomeToGo's Marketplace reach and technology.

For property owners, HomeToGo Originals combines professional management with global distribution, helping to increase visibility, occupancy, and performance. Travelers benefit from a curated selection of managed properties with professional service standards and local support from search to stay.

The new co-branding is now visible across Interhome's and Kraushaar's websites, with refreshed logos and brand elements. The rollout will extend to co-branding local service offices. HomeToGo Originals does not replace the existing brands but exists alongside them to highlight their exceptional local teams and hands-on service, enhanced by HomeToGo's global reach.

Looking ahead, future property management acquisitions will join the HomeToGo Originals brand, further advancing the Group's directly managed vacation rental offering. This launch underscores HomeToGo's continued growth through its strategic buy-and-build M&A approach and strengthens its position as one of Europe's leading direct suppliers of vacation rentals.
