For Huddle Rewards members, the Halloween celebration includes multiple special offers. From October 15 through 22, members can receive a free dessert with any meal purchase. Then, from October 22 through 31, they can claim two free Cookies & Cream Sweet Cakes at participating locations. Mattingly indicated that these Halloween perks represent just the beginning of surprises and exclusive offers planned for loyalty program members throughout the year.

The Huddle Rewards program allows customers to collect one point for every $1 spent, redeemable for starters, entrées, and desserts whether dining in or ordering online. The program tracks points automatically, allowing members to monitor their progress as they earn rewards. Higher-tier members receive additional benefits, with MVP members receiving free waffles and All-Star members getting extra breakfasts throughout the year.
