IFPG Named a 2024 Franchising at Work Award Finalist by Franchise Business Review

The International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) has been recognized as a finalist for the 2024 Franchising at Work Awards by Franchise Business Review. This accolade identifies franchise companies with the highest levels of employee satisfaction, based on an independent survey conducted by Franchise Business Review (FBR). This marks the fourth consecutive year that IFPG has received this honor.

IFPG, the largest and most respected franchise broker organization, is celebrated for its inclusive culture and dedication to responsible franchising. "Being recognized as a top employer means the world to us. We consider our team family and essential to our success," said Don Daszkowski, CEO and founder of IFPG. He noted that many employees have been with the company since its inception, highlighting the rarity of such loyalty.

The organization has also been ranked No. 1 for franchise broker organizations on Entrepreneur magazine's Top Franchise Suppliers list for five consecutive years. These accolades serve as validation for IFPG's efforts to prioritize both client and employee satisfaction.

Franchise Business Review specializes in benchmarking satisfaction within the franchising sector. Each year, it surveys franchise employees across North America to gauge their levels of engagement. FBR's research provides aggregate data to help franchise companies understand how their culture and engagement compare to others in the sector, with the aim to improve hiring and retention practices. The surveys cover various aspects including job satisfaction, management, and organizational culture.

To determine the finalists for the Franchising at Work Awards, FBR analyzed data from over 11,000 franchise employees, including both unit-level and corporate employees. "The Franchising at Work Awards are the only awards that recognize the companies in the franchise sector that prioritize employee engagement and well-being," said Michelle Rowan, president & COO of Franchise Business Review. She emphasized the importance of recruiting and retaining quality employees for business success.

IFPG President Red Boswell expressed his pride in the company's recognition. "I am proud to work for a company that values its employees. This is a tremendous honor. And we are truly blessed to have the most amazing team," he stated.

As a membership-based organization, IFPG connects franchise professionals, including consultants, franchisors, and vendors, offering networking, training, and educational resources to help them grow their businesses. The organization is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics, aiming to elevate the franchise community as a whole.
