innoscripta SE Expands Clusterix Platform to 14 Countries, Targeting R&D Tax Incentives

German software company innoscripta SE has expanded its customer base across Europe, with its Clusterix research and development documentation platform now used in 14 countries, the company announced on October 15, 2026. The expansion adds customers in Poland, Romania, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia and the Netherlands, complementing existing operations in Germany, Austria, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The growth reflects rising demand for tools that help companies navigate the complex landscape of R&D tax incentives, which vary widely by country. Almost every European nation offers such incentives, but each maintains distinct instruments and documentation requirements. Companies must typically demonstrate which employees worked on which projects, when the work occurred and how much time was spent to qualify for these benefits.

Clusterix addresses these needs by enabling continuous recording of project hours by employee, day and project, supported by system-based plausibility checks and monthly approvals from project managers. This creates a transparent, auditable record. For multinational corporations with R&D facilities in multiple jurisdictions, the platform offers a consistent documentation framework regardless of the specific tax scheme in each country.

Poland represents a particularly attractive market for innoscripta. Under the Polish R&D tax relief scheme, known as ulga B+R, eligible personnel costs can be deducted at a rate of 200%. Polish law requires R&D costs to be recorded separately in accounting records, and personnel costs qualify only in proportion to the time actually spent on research and development each month. Clusterix's monthly, employee-level time tracking enables customers to meet these demanding requirements. The company has signed contracts in Poland with businesses in automotive suppliers, telecommunications and household goods, among other industries.

Sebastian Schwertlein, COO of innoscripta SE, commented: “We developed Clusterix for the most demanding market we knew: Germany. The fact that customers from different industries in Poland, the Netherlands and Finland are now turning to us demonstrates that this documentation framework works across borders and is fully scalable wherever R&D incentives depend on reliable supporting evidence. Fourteen countries are not an endpoint for us. This is clear evidence that our platform delivers value to businesses across Europe.”

The expansion underscores the growing importance of reliable R&D documentation as companies seek to maximize tax benefits amid increasing regulatory scrutiny. For businesses operating across Europe, platforms like Clusterix can reduce administrative burdens and ensure compliance, potentially freeing up resources for innovation. As more countries tighten R&D incentive rules, demand for such solutions is likely to grow. innoscripta's ability to scale across diverse markets positions it well to capture this opportunity.
