iuvo, a Boston-based strategic IT consulting firm, has been ranked No. 4468 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, an annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. The list, published by Inc. magazine, recognizes companies that have demonstrated exceptional revenue growth over a three-year period, with this year’s honorees collectively adding over 627,000 jobs to the U.S. economy. iuvo’s placement marks its second appearance on the list, having previously been ranked in 2024.
According to the company, its growth was achieved without a significant increase in headcount, a fact that President and CEO Bryon Beilman highlighted as a key differentiator. “What makes this growth particularly meaningful is that we achieved it without materially increasing headcount. We've invested heavily in operational excellence, automation, and AI to reimagine how work gets done,” Beilman said in a press release. This approach, he noted, has allowed iuvo to deliver greater value to clients while building a foundation for future expansion.
The Inc. 5000 ranking is based on percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent as of December 31, 2025. The minimum revenue for 2022 was $100,000, and for 2025 it was $2 million. The median three-year growth rate for all honorees this year was 130%, according to Inc.
Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc., praised the honorees for their perseverance and customer focus. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact,” he said in the release. iuvo, founded in 2007, provides IT consulting, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and AI solutions to industries such as financial services, life sciences, healthcare, and technology. The company’s emphasis on automation and AI reflects a broader trend among Inc. 5000 honorees, many of whom are leveraging advanced technologies to drive growth in a competitive economic environment. The 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala will take place October 14–16 in Dallas, Texas, where honorees will be celebrated.
For iuvo, the recognition underscores the effectiveness of its technology-driven growth strategy. By focusing on operational efficiency rather than workforce expansion, the company has positioned itself to scale while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. As the business landscape continues to evolve, iuvo’s approach may serve as a model for other firms seeking sustainable growth in a rapidly changing market.
