A graduate of Lehigh University, Osterman has demonstrated a commitment to community involvement beyond her professional responsibilities. She has served as President of the Tewksbury Education Foundation for more than 11 years and remains actively engaged with local educational institutions such as The Pingry School and Gill St. Bernard's School. Her current community support extends to the Greater Somerset County YMCA.
