Luke Zaientz Joins Rally Ventures as Operating Partner

Rally Ventures, a leading venture capital firm focused on early-stage business technology, has announced the addition of Luke Zaientz as Operating Partner. Zaientz will provide expertise in various areas including go-to-market strategies, customer success, product prioritization, new market entry, mergers and acquisitions, and pricing/product marketing to the firm’s portfolio companies.

Luke Zaientz, the founder, COO, and CEO of Reigning Champs, led the student-athlete recruiting platform from inception to over $200M in annual revenue. He executed a successful inorganic growth strategy with 10 M&A transactions, leading to the company's sale to Endeavor/IMG Academy and later to EQT for $1.2B. Prior to Reigning Champs, Zaientz co-founded RMG Networks, which he scaled to an IPO after raising growth capital from Kleiner Perkins. His past roles include leadership positions at Match.com, BriteVision, i2 Technology, Ryder, and UPS. Notably, he launched and scaled Match.com Events to 6,000 events and 500,000 attendees across major US and European cities within two years.
