With more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Bermudez has an impressive professional background. He began his career at North Fork Bank in 2003 and subsequently served as Group Director and Senior Vice President at Signature Bank, where he managed a substantial $33+ billion commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Most recently, Bermudez worked as Managing Director of A&E Real Estate Finance, a boutique private credit platform. His educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Dowling College and a degree from SUNY Empire State College. Additionally, he serves on the board of The Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University.
