REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has launched REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, a personalized monthly report that tells each member where the opportunity is in their own market and what to do about it. The service is now available to all REALM members, addressing a critical challenge for top advisors: the pace at which wealth is being created and relocated.
Wealth is moving faster than ever before, with new fortunes minted in technology hubs, established capital crossing borders, and families deciding where to live years earlier than they used to. For advisors serving these families, staying ahead of these shifts is essential but time-consuming. REALM Intelligence closes that gap by delivering a report tailored to each advisor's market, segment, and book of business, drawn from a dataset no single brokerage could assemble and analyzed by Scoop's AI.
Each monthly report begins with a focus on the advisor's own market, detailing how inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market are moving in the segments they work. It also compares their market and production with the rest of the network, helping advisors determine whether a shift is local or part of a broader trend. Long-held listings and aging inventory are flagged as a watch list, along with market conditions to monitor. The report then expands to examine economic factors affecting the ultra-high-net-worth market, including liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations, all mapped to the advisor's territory with companies and connections named. Where relevant, it directs advisors to REALM's connection tools for collaboration.
The impact is significant: advisors can make calls a month earlier and on firmer ground, turning measured movements into actionable insights rather than relying on anecdotes. Newly wealthy households rarely announce themselves, but the AI sifts through thousands of filings to find them. For clients who expect their advisor to already know, this month can be the difference between being called and being consulted.
“The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards,” said Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM. “It has had a shortage of answers. A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is. There is $127 trillion moving between generations right now, and trillions more being created outright in a handful of markets. Our members should not have to go looking for it.”
Early reactions from members have been positive, with brokers like Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida recognizing their own markets in the analysis. The service was developed with input from a pilot group of REALM advisors, ensuring it reflects the network's best practices.
“REALM's members are owners, and each one has spent a career learning their own market; you do not build intelligence for people like that from the outside,” said Brad Peters, Founder and CEO of Scoop. “So we ran it as a loop. The network told us what was useful and what was noise; we turned that judgment into rules the AI applies to every report, and we shipped again.”
REALM Intelligence is available immediately to all members, with a second release planned, focusing on wealth migration briefs. This launch extends REALM's research capabilities, previously seen in publications like Crossing Over, to individual advisors, delivering the same research discipline to every member.
