Royalty Management Holding Corporation to Benefit from ReElement Technologies' Recent Financings

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) announced that its portfolio holding, ReElement Technologies, has secured a series of financings that will accelerate the company's business growth and, in turn, benefit Royalty Management through expanded royalty revenues. The financings include a $25 million investment from the United States Department of War, as well as a previously closed investment from Transition Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm.

ReElement Technologies, with operations in Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, is a critical mineral refining company that processes end-of-life recycled materials, virgin ores, and manufacturing byproducts. Using an innovative chromatographic separation platform, the company produces magnet-grade rare earth elements and other critical minerals essential for the electrification, defense, and technology sectors. The U.S. Department of War's investment aims to accelerate ReElement's expansion and production of these critical minerals, which are vital for national defense and commercial industries.

Royalty Management has an intellectual property development program with ReElement, under which Royalty Management provides capital for the development of unique patents and refining technologies in exchange for an ongoing royalty on sales derived from those new patents. As ReElement uses the raised capital to expand its operations, Royalty Management expects to receive increased and expanded revenues from refining technologies that fall under this program, directly benefiting the company.

“ReElement has consistently demonstrated that their novel rare earth and critical mineral refining methods are the next generation of how the world looks at this industry, especially from a cost-competitive and purity standpoint,” said Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer of Royalty Management. “We are excited about having this relationship where Royalty can help provide the technology advancements in partnership with ReElement to help them continue to drive process and efficiency.”

The financings position ReElement to aggressively scale its operations, addressing the growing demand for rare earth elements and critical minerals in the U.S. and globally. For Royalty Management, this development underscores the value of its royalty-based investment model, which allows the company to benefit from the success of its portfolio holdings without direct operational involvement. As ReElement expands, Royalty Management's royalty revenues are expected to grow, potentially enhancing shareholder value.
