SKYX Platforms Corp. has announced a series of strategic developments that signal substantial growth in the smart home technology sector. The company revealed a collaboration with NVIDIA's AI Ecosystem Connect Program, which is expected to expand into SKYX's existing and future smart home projects. This partnership comes alongside significant retail expansion, with SKYX launching its patented advanced SKYFAN and Turbo Heater products at The Home Depot, including a dedicated SkyPlug branding page on homedepot.com.
The company has also launched its Turbo Heater Fan at Target, Walmart, Lowe's, and across its e-commerce platform comprising 60 websites. These retail partnerships represent a critical step in SKYX's market penetration strategy, with the company expecting to deploy over 100,000 products into homes and units by the end of 2026 through both retail and professional segments. The company's revenues have increased for seven consecutive comparable quarters from Q1 2024 through Q3 2025, with continued quarterly growth anticipated.
Financially, SKYX has strengthened its position with over $33 million raised from fundamental institutions and existing investors since September 30, 2025, including a $25 million investment from one fundamental institution at $2.50 per share. The company has extended and converted $13.5 million in notes with maturity extended to 2030. This capital infusion supports SKYX's growth initiatives as it progresses toward sustained cash-flow generation and profitability.
Beyond retail expansion, SKYX is preparing for large-scale smart home deployments across multiple geographic regions. The company expects to supply its advanced technologies to upcoming projects including a North Carolina smart home community, developments in Austin and San Antonio, Texas, Miami's new $4 billion smart city initiative, and projects in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. These projects are expected to involve deployment of over one million units of SKYX's plug-and-play technologies.
A significant development in SKYX's regulatory strategy involves its safety code standardization efforts. The company's team, led by industry veterans Mark Earley, former head of the National Electrical Code, and Eric Jacobson, former President and CEO of the American Lighting Association, is progressing toward mandatory safety standardization for its ceiling outlet/receptacle technology. The product has already received specification approval voting from ANSI/NEMA and has been voted into 10 segments in the NEC Code Book.
The company believes its products could save insurance companies billions of dollars annually by reducing fires, ladder falls, and electrocutions. Management expects insurance companies will begin recommending SKYX products once the company completes its full range of safe advanced plug-and-play offerings. SKYX is also developing an AI-driven software for its e-commerce platform that is expected to increase conversion rates and sales by up to 30%.
SKYX has demonstrated its technology during a Marriott Hotel renovation and expects to grow its hotel segment during 2026. The Shaner Group, owner and developer of more than 70 hotels worldwide, led a $16.5 million investment round. The company has secured strategic manufacturing partnerships in the U.S., Vietnam, Taiwan, China, and Cambodia to support its global expansion. SKYX's total addressable market in the U.S. is estimated at roughly $500 billion with over 4.2 billion ceiling applications.
