Stevens Creek Toyota Partners with Humane Society Silicon Valley for 'Tacoma for Tails' Pet Supply Drive

Stevens Creek Toyota has launched a month-long pet supply drive benefiting Humane Society Silicon Valley, with a special "Tacoma for Tails" community event scheduled for November 22, 2025. The initiative aims to address growing needs for pet supplies and support during the holiday season, when many families struggle to provide adequate care for their animals.

The supply drive, running throughout November, will culminate in a celebration event from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, at Stevens Creek Toyota's location at 4202 Stevens Creek Blvd in San Jose. The event will feature donation drop-offs, opportunities to meet adoptable animals, and interactions with the organizations' teams supporting pet welfare in the community.

Nancy Willis, Vice President of Strategic Growth at Humane Society Silicon Valley, emphasized the immediate impact of such community initiatives. "Community drives like 'Tacoma for Tails' have a direct, immediate impact on pets and the people who love them," Willis stated. "Every bag of food, every leash, every toy helps us provide care, keep families together, and create a stronger, brighter future for animals across our region."

The collected donations will support HSSV's shelter operations and community programs that provide food, supplies, and critical care to pets and families. Most-needed items include dry and canned dog or cat food, puppy and kitten formula, treats, toys, leashes, collars, harnesses, cat litter, grooming supplies, blankets, towels, and enrichment items. Monetary donations to support HSSV's lifesaving work and fire rebuild efforts are also being accepted.

Ray Khandan, General Manager of Stevens Creek Toyota, highlighted the personal significance of the partnership.
