Synbio International Inks Exclusive Licensing Deal for Nutraceuticals, Speeding Path to Revenue

Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) has announced a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc., securing exclusive rights to commercialize the latter's proprietary nutraceutical formulations in the United States and Canada. The deal, announced on September 8, 2026, covers MD PHD Wellness' flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical, which will be marketed under Synbio's Healing Force™ brand, and lays the groundwork for evaluating and commercializing additional wellness products over time.

The agreement is significant for Synbio as it provides immediate access to proprietary products without the time and cost burden of in-house development. Under the terms, MD PHD Wellness will handle product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management, while Synbio will manage branding, marketing, sales, and distribution. After recovering approved costs, profits will be shared between the parties.

Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International, called the agreement a “transformational milestone.” He noted that it combines MD PHD's product development and manufacturing expertise with Synbio's commercialization capabilities, giving Synbio immediate access to products that can generate near-term revenue and a framework to expand its wellness portfolio. “We believe this partnership creates an efficient and scalable business model,” Solitario added, pointing to the rapid growth of the global nutraceutical market.

The scientific leadership behind MD PHD Wellness includes Dr. Robert Lawrence, a physician and scientist with two Ph.D.s, and co-founder Dr. David Anderson, a physician and researcher who played a key role in developing the licensed formulations. Their expertise spans biomedical engineering, pharmacology, and nutraceutical development, adding scientific credibility to the products.

This move is part of Synbio's broader strategy to build a diversified healthcare company that pairs near-term revenue from commercial wellness products with longer-term value creation from its AI-driven mental health technologies. The company believes this dual-track approach provides multiple avenues for growth while establishing recurring revenue to support continued innovation.

Synbio's focus on nutraceuticals comes as it continues to advance its core technology: an AI-driven software that screens for mental health conditions using facial analysis. The company plans to launch a line of nutraceutical products sold directly to consumers online in 2026, generating early revenue while its software undergoes validation.

The global nutraceutical market has been expanding rapidly, driven by consumer demand for wellness products. By securing exclusive rights to proprietary formulations, Synbio positions itself to participate in this growth without the lengthy research and development phase. This agreement could be a pivotal step for the company, providing a near-term revenue stream to support its longer-term technological ambitions.
