Vast Coworking Group™ (Vast) has announced a significant expansion of its international network, with all three of its brands, Office Evolution®, Venture X®, and Intelligent Office®, extending their operations into new global markets. This move underscores the growing demand for flexible workspace solutions worldwide and positions Vast as a key player in the international coworking industry.
Office Evolution is making its international debut with the opening of its first franchise in Canada and has signed Master Licenses for Germany, Portugal, and South Africa. Jason Anderson, President of Vast, highlighted the importance of this expansion, stating it represents a major leap forward for the brand and strengthens Vast's position as a leader in the global coworking industry.
The first international Office Evolution location will open in Toronto, Canada, this summer, followed by expansions into Germany, Portugal, and South Africa, led by experienced Master Franchise Partners. These expansions are expected to drive significant growth and offer local entrepreneurs and businesses access to flexible workspace solutions.
Venture X and Intelligent Office are also expanding their presence in South Africa, with new locations planned in the KwaZulu-Natal province. These expansions mark Venture X's entry into its seventh international country and Intelligent Office's second, further solidifying Vast's global footprint.
Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group™ (UFG), the parent company of Vast, expressed pride in the international growth of the Vast brands, noting their alignment with the global shift towards flexible workspaces. This expansion not only highlights the increasing popularity of coworking spaces but also sets new standards for the industry on the international stage.
