Women’s Leadership and Wealth Creation Take Center Stage at Quad-A’s WIIN Conference in Chicago

The Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) will convene its 2026 Women’s Impact Initiative Network (WIIN) Conference on June 24-25 at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, bringing together more than 200 women leaders, financial professionals, and corporate executives to address critical issues in leadership, wealth creation, career advancement, and well-being.

This year’s theme, “Pathways & Power: Women Reimagining Work, Wealth & Wellness,” comes at a pivotal time as the financial services industry grapples with ongoing workforce, leadership, and talent pipeline challenges. Industry partners include J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Advisors, RBC Wealth Management, Ameriprise Financial, Edward Jones, Invesco, and Morgan Stanley.

“We cannot close the wealth gap if the people most impacted by it are absent from the rooms where financial decisions are being made. Our mission is to change that,” said Sheena L. Gray, Chief Executive Officer of Quad-A. “The WIIN Conference is designed to equip women with the relationships, strategies, and opportunities necessary to thrive professionally while helping organizations build stronger, more inclusive leadership pipelines.”

Featured speakers include Gray; Minda Harts, bestselling author and workplace communication expert; Kelly Keith, CFP®, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management; and Nicole James Gilchrist, Vice President at Thrivent. The conference will explore leadership development, wealth-building strategies, workplace culture, career growth, wellness, and the future of women in financial services.

The event serves as a national platform for dialogue and actionable solutions supporting long-term workforce development and economic empowerment. As firms across the industry work to attract and retain top talent, WIIN aims to address systemic barriers that have limited women’s representation in leadership roles and financial decision-making positions.

Media are invited to interview speakers and attendees, speak with Quad-A leadership, and capture video and photography at the event. More information is available at the Quad-A website: https://www.aaafainc.org.
