Yoga New Vision (YNV), an internationally recognized yoga teacher training center, is expanding its educational offerings with a comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training program launching in October 2025. Located in the serene Himalayan town of Dharamshala, the program represents a significant opportunity for aspiring yoga instructors to receive deeply rooted, sophisticated training.
The program distinguishes itself by integrating traditional yoga principles with contemporary scientific understanding. By combining Eastern wisdom and Western scientific perspectives, YNV offers a nuanced approach to yoga education that addresses the complex needs of 21st-century practitioners.
Participants will engage in an immersive learning experience that goes beyond physical practice. The curriculum includes in-depth teaching modules focusing on asanas, meditation, and professional development. Experienced instructors, including Indian yoga scholars and monks, will guide students through a holistic curriculum rooted in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa traditions.
The training's comprehensive approach aims to develop not just technical skills, but a profound understanding of yoga's philosophical foundations. By emphasizing the integration of mind, body, and spirit, YNV seeks to create yoga instructors who can offer transformative experiences to their future students.
For the global yoga community, this program represents an important bridge between traditional yoga practices and contemporary teaching methodologies. By situating the training in Dharamshala, a region with deep spiritual significance, YNV provides students with an authentic and immersive learning environment.
